Health care policy should take the expectations and experience of users and health professionals into account.

Working with decision-makers

Producing evidence for drug plan managers, employers and workers can contribute to better decision-making for public and private drug benefit plans.

Outcomes evaluation of drug benefits

Rigorous drug policy evaluations help measure the impact of policy changes.

Physician and patient education

Providing evidence-based education to physicians and patients can promote effective, safe and cost-effective prescription drug use.
